At RootsRevival, we are committed to providing professional and informative consultations with licensed dermatologists and nutritionists. Please read our full policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking and attending consultations.

 

1. Purpose of Consultations

• Consultations are provided for educational and informational purposes to support your overall wellness journey. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always consult your personal healthcare provider for medical advice.

• Non-Urgency Clause: Roots Revival consultations are not intended for emergency or urgent medical situations. If you require immediate assistance, please contact your local emergency services or visit a healthcare professional.

2. Scheduling and Confirmation

• All consultations are scheduled online and confirmed via email. Ensure your contact information is accurate to receive appointment details and any relevant updates.

• Customers who need to reschedule more than twice may incur an administrative fee of $X per change. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and availability for all clients.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

• Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the consultation without any fees. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

4. Consultation Duration and Follow-Up

• Each consultation lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your needs and questions.

• Customers may contact their consultant for brief follow-up questions via email within 48 hours after the consultation. Responses may take up to 1-2 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during consultations to receive the most relevant advice and support.

• Preparing for consultations by gathering medical history, current medications or supplements, and relevant photos (if applicable) is encouraged for the best outcome.

6. Scope of Advice and Limitation of Liability

• Our experts provide guidance based on the information you share and their professional knowledge. This guidance should be viewed as supplementary and not as a replacement for advice from your healthcare provider.

• RootsRevival and its consultants are not liable for any specific outcomes or results related to the advice provided. Customers should consult with their primary healthcare provider before combining new treatment or advice with existing health plans.

7. Recording and Sharing Policy

• Consultations are for individual use only. Recording or distributing the content of a consultation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Results Disclaimer

• The results of following consultation advice may vary due to individual differences. Roots Revival and its consultants do not guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on various factors beyond our control.

9. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your privacy is paramount. We ensure that all personal and health information shared during consultations is kept confidential and managed according to our Privacy Policy. No data will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Professional Licensing and Credentials
